Cancellation Policy
At Playnotes, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring consistency for our music leaders and the children we serve. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to adjust our scheduling accordingly. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours' notice): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full. No-Show Policy: If a scheduled session is missed without prior notice, the full session fee will still apply. In cases of inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies that result in center closures, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule the session when feasible. If a Playnotes music leader is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a consistent, high-quality musical experience for the children.
